New Delhi : ESOP Direct in association with 9.9 Media is organising a conference on November 26, 2009 at Hotel Taj Lands End in Mumbai to address key questions and issues around employee incentives. The conference –‘The High Performance Workplace: Aligning the Interests of Employees and Management’- will address steps to create a culture of employee ownership and share best practices. It will focus on equity based compensation like ESOPs and discuss ways and means to introduce these as core components of a company’s functioning.
