The driving APC logic is to equip traditional print publishers with insights, digital and mobile tools to leverage their brands for reader engagement and advertising value. Rather than a typical conference format of grand speeches about the future, APC delivers multiple parallel workshops across 5 tracks over two intense days. These are instructional "how-to" expert workshops of 45-minutes.

It is co-presented by the Masso Group in Vietnam in association with The Society of Publishers in Asia (SOPA), ASEAN Book Publishers Association (ABPA), Asian Media Information and Communication Centre (AMIC), Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP), Magazine Business Association of Taipei (MBAT), Magazine Publishers Association of Malaysia (MPA), Magazine Publishers Association of Singapore (MPAS), Mobile Marketing Association (MMA), National Book Development Council of Singapore (NBDCS), National Book Development Board (NBDB), Telesis Consulting Ltd and The Magazine Association of Thailand (TMAT).
